Tag a Trim Competition
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to the "Tag a Trim" competition organized by Grade 92 Barbering LTD
1.2 By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 16 or over, except employees of the Organizer, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Competition.
2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Entrants.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1 To enter the Competition, Entrants must:
a) Follow the Organizer's Instagram account.
b) Get a fresh Haircut, then upload your Haircut to your stories
c) Tag your Barber within the story
3.2 Multiple entries are allowed, but each tagged Haircut must be a different one.
4. Minimum Entrants Requirement
4.1 The Competition requires a minimum of 50 unique Entrants for it to be activated
4.2 If the Minimum Entrants Requirement is not met by the closing date, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Competition without selecting a winner. In such an event, no compensation will be provided.
5. Competition Period
5.1 The Competition begins on 10th June and ends on 30th June 2024
5.2 Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 If the Minimum Entrants Requirement is met, the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2 The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 10 days of the Competition closing date.
6.3 If a winner does not respond within 20 days of being notified, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Organizer will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. Prize
7.1 The prize for the Competition is Free Haircuts for one year
7.2 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
7.3 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer's control make it necessary to do so.
8. General
8.1 The Organizer's decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
8.2 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms.
8.3 The Organizer reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10. Data Protection and Publicity
10.1 Entrants agree that any personal information provided with the entry may be held and used by the Organizer or its agents and suppliers to administer the Competition.
10.2 All Entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at [contact email].
10.3 The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
