We have big news at Grade92 barbers: We are pleased to announce our mobile barbershop is almost ready to hit the roads! It’s been a long time coming after being delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic and lockdowns. Our mobile barber will be able to come to you in our brand new portable barbershop, which will operate from the comfort of a fully converted van across the Bournemouth area from mid-July 2021.
What exactly is a mobile barbershop?
Our mobile barber van brings our barber, chair, and all the equipment he might need will be installed in the truck bringing all the comforts of the barbershop to your home. In a world where we are now advised to minimise social contact, this is an excellent alternative for those clients that do not wish to make unnecessary trips to our busy city centre locations at this time.
Since the first lockdown in 2020, peoples habits have changed drastically when it comes to shopping and professional services such as barbering. We now prefer products and services that come directly to our front door. For example, you can have your groceries, takeaway, and household goods delivered. Now you can add barbershop on wheels to that list.
You’ll be able to book a service online or over the phone. Our friendly mobile barber will be able to visit your home, office or even a hotel car park should you be a visitor to the area or any other convenient location. Are you part of a wedding party? Why not book our van to give all the boys a trim on the big day without the added stress of having to leave home?
A portable barbershop will mean you no longer need to visit our physical store to keep on top of your hair and beard regrowth. Instead, our mobile men’s barber will visit various locations or be able to park up outside clients home. You step into the van and come out with a smart trim or restyle. Our mobile clients will be able to pick your service from our in-van menu. All clients are able to access the same range of services as if you were in our shop!
You’ll receive a one-on-one service from our experienced barber allowing us to give you our undivided attention and care during your appointment without feeling rushed in a busy environment. With the high standards of sanitisation you have come to expect in our salons, all tools and equipment will be disinfected on the go to eliminate any contamination of the spread of germs and viruses.
Mobile men’s barbers are professional, trained to a high standard and fully vetted. Our staff will always wear appropriate PPE for the job, including Face mask or face shield and gloves. We take our responsibility to provide a clean, safe environment for our customers very seriously.
